For patients who do not have insurance, or for those who choose not to use their insurance, Amber Meadows Chiropractic accepts direct payment at the time of visit.
DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?
Some insurances require a doctor's referral. You can call our office or your insurance company to find out if you need a referral before your first visit.
